Who we are

What we collect
What you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive the information you type: your name, phone number, email, type of business, the area you serve, your website if you share it, the service you're interested in, your message and your preferred language. We also note which page you sent it from.
When you contact us directly. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you share in that conversation, along with your phone number or email address.
Technical information. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our contact form also uses your IP address briefly to block spam and repeated submissions. We don't use it to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
Right now, our website doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising. If we add a tool such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, we'll update this page before we do.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and prepare the free audit you asked for.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that request, in English or Spanish.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To keep our website secure and free of spam.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers we need to run our business:
- The company that hosts our website.
- The automation tool that delivers contact form submissions to our team, and the email and messaging apps we use to reply, such as WhatsApp when you choose to message us there.
These providers can only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, work with you, or meet legal and accounting requirements. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hola@oncloudsc.com from the address you used, or tell us on the phone. We'll answer within a reasonable time, and we won't treat you differently for asking. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor them.
How we protect it
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit who on our team can see contact form submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our website is meant for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as the websites of our clients and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll make it clear on the site.
