We update them when we can, and the date on each guide shows when.
Our case studies show real results from real clients, with their context. Past results don't guarantee future results: every business, market and competitor is different.
No ranking guarantees
Google, Google Maps and AI tools like ChatGPT decide on their own what to show and in what order. Nobody outside those companies can guarantee a specific ranking, position or number of leads, and we don't. What we commit to is doing the work we agree on, doing it well, and reporting honestly on the results.
The free audit
Our audit of your Google Business Profile and website is free and comes with no obligation. You can use the list of fixes however you like: do them yourself, hire someone else, or work with us.
Our services
When you hire us, the scope, price, timeline and conditions of the work are set out in the proposal or agreement for that project. If something in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Our content and brand
The text, design, graphics and the OnCloud name and logo on this site belong to OnCloud LLC. You can share links to our pages and quote short parts with credit, but please don't copy whole pages or present our content as your own.
Other companies' names and websites
We mention tools and platforms such as Google, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, ChatGPT and WhatsApp because we work with them. Those names and logos belong to their owners, and OnCloud isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links to other websites, including our clients' sites, are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, OnCloud LLC isn't responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
